Ingredients

cooked chickpeas

red pepper
diced

white onion
diced

garlic
minced
large handful of cilantro
roughly chopped

good olive oil

lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss all ingredients together.
Serve with crusty bread or black corn chips.
