Caribbean Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g dried macaroni or rotini pasta
  • 3 green peppers diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tins canned tuna in water
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt anything from a crushed Maggi cube to stock powder
  • hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook pasta until al dente, according to the package. Drain and rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables, tuna, olive oil, parsley, seasoning, and cool noodles.
  • Flavour with hot sauce, to taste.
