Ingredients

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and blend.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
