Arugula Salad with Orange and Hearts of Palm

Ingredients

  • one bag arugula
  • one can hearts of palm
  • two oranges segmented
  • one stalk celery chopped to medium slices
  • 1/4 white Spanish onion sliced thinly
  • summery garlic salad dressing

Instructions

  • Open can of hearts of palm and rinse well. Slice tubes into 1cm rounds.
  • Combine first five ingredients into a large serving bowl.
  • Serve with summery garlic dressing on the side.
