Lemony Dill Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup fresh chervil
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lemon about 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend until everything is evenly chopped.
  • Store, covered, in the fridge for up to 5 days.
