Ingredients
For the slaw:

large carrot
julienned (about 1 cup)

head green cabbage
shredded

crown broccoli
shredded

dried cranberries

pepitas
For the dressing:

poppyseeds

cup
mayonnaise
1/2
cup
Greek yogurt

apple cider vinegar

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix all the slaw ingredients in a big bowl.
In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients.
Toss the slaw with the dressing and serve.
This salad can also be made a day in advance and stored, covered, in the refrigerator.
