Asian Slaw with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 purple cabbage
  • 3 ribs celery
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tbsp each white and black sesame seeds
  • For the dressing
  • 4 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Japanese soy sauce

Instructions

  • Remove outer leaves of cabbage and roughly chop into bite-sized pieces, adding to a large serving bowl.
  • Slice celery, green onions, and chop cilantro and add to bowl.
  • Sprinkle salad mixture with sesame seeds.
  • For the dressing, mix the vinegar, oil, ginger, and soy sauce and pour over salad. Mix well.
