Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat in the milk and eggs until the batter is smooth.
Melt a small dab of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
When melted, cook about a half ladlefull of batter to the pan and swirl to coat. The batter should evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
Cook until the top starts to look dry, about 2 minutes, then flip, and cook about 1 minute more.
