Favourite Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp butter for cooking

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Beat in the milk and eggs until the batter is smooth.
  • Melt a small dab of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • When melted, cook about a half ladlefull of batter to the pan and swirl to coat. The batter should evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Cook until the top starts to look dry, about 2 minutes, then flip, and cook about 1 minute more.
