Eiskaffee - Iced Coffee with Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream, or coffee ice cream
  • 1-2 cups cold brewed coffee
  • 2-3 Tbsp whipped cream
  • 2-3 tsp chocolate syrup
  • cherry for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the scoop of ice cream in a tall glass.
  • Top up with the cold coffee. It might not all fit, depending on the size of your glass.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream, and drizzle over the chocolate sauce. Top with a cherry.
  • Serve with a straw on a summertime patio!
