To make the labneh, place a metal sieve over a large bowl. Pour kefir into sieve and place a plate securely on top. Place in fridge to drain for 24 hours.
When labneh has been drained, scrape the cheese off the sieve and add to a small bowl. The renaming kefir whey is not useful for this recipe so I usually add it to another kefir smoothie I have in the refrigerator.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
