Roast Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan

Ingredients
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • juice of ¼ lemon
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears.
  4. Spread the asparagus on the baking sheet in one layer. Sprinkle over the lemon juice, Parmesan, olive oil, and pepper.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
