Roast Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan

- 1 lb asparagus
- juice of ¼ lemon
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears.
- Spread the asparagus on the baking sheet in one layer. Sprinkle over the lemon juice, Parmesan, olive oil, and pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
