Ryan's Matcha Blondies with Chocolate Chips and Pecans

Ingredients
  • ½ cuppa butter (do not substitute margarine, this is serious)
  • 1 cuppa brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cuppa flour
  • 2 heaping teaspoons of matcha
  • ½ cuppa semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cuppa white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cuppa pecan pieces
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease a 9” square brownie pan.
  3. Melt butter. Add the brown sugar to the butter and mix.
  4. Add the egg, salt and vanilla. Mix it up.
  5. Add the flour. Mixy mixy.
  6. Add the chocolate chips and pecan pieces. Do mix.
  7. Scrape the blondie mix in the pan (duh!) and bake for 22 minutes.
