Creamy Broccoli Salad with Grapes and Pine Nuts

Serves: 3.5 cups
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 cups broccoli florets and stems
- ½ cup red seedless grapes
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- Optional:
- ½ cup crumbled fried bacon
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Divide the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Peel the stems and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the grapes in half.
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan.
- Toss together the broccoli, grapes, and pine nuts in the mayonnaise dressing. Let marinate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Before serving, you can add in the crumbled bacon.
