Honey Mustard Green Beans

- 2 tsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 lb green beans, top and tailed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Over medium heat, melt the butter or margarine. Add the mustard seeds and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the green beans and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add the water and cook for about 3-5 more minutes, or until water has evaporated and beans are tender.
- Add the mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to the green beans and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot!
