Radishes on Buttered Baguette

- 1 fresh baguette
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp sea salt (I used pyramid salt from Cyprus; you could also use fleur de sel)
- ¼ cup fresh dill (optional)
- Slice the baguette into 1-cm slices.
- Butter each slice of bread with ½ tsp butter.
- Arrange the radishes on each buttered slice of baguette.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with sea salt.
- Garnish with a sprig of dill, as desired.
