Radishes on Buttered Baguette

Ingredients
  • 1 fresh baguette
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp sea salt (I used pyramid salt from Cyprus; you could also use fleur de sel)
  • ¼ cup fresh dill (optional)
Instructions
  1. Slice the baguette into 1-cm slices.
  2. Butter each slice of bread with ½ tsp butter.
  3. Arrange the radishes on each buttered slice of baguette.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of dill, as desired.
