Easy Peasy Edamame

Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 400g edamame in their pods (frozen or thawed)
Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Add the salt.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the edamame.
  3. Bring back to a boil and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Drain the edamame, and serve them with a dish for the discarded pods.
